本文对不同学派的企业家观进行了分析 ,从管理学角度出发指出对企业家的分析应从企业 (企业维度 )、企业发展 (时间维度 )、企业家能力与企业发展的要求相匹配三个维度进行 ,只有那些具备与企业发展阶段相适应领导能力与管理能力的人才堪称企业家。

Pondering on Entrepreneurs

There are different entrepreneurs in the world.From the perspective of administrative science,the co-authors hold such a view that to know what is an entrepreneur should base on the analysis of the three dimensions including the enterprise under the administration of an entrepreneur,the development of the enterprise,and the capability of an entrepreneur to meet the need of an enterprise's development.This paper points out that only those people with the leading and administrative potentials for which the development of an enterprise is indispensable can be regarded as true entrepreneurs.
