大学生自信程度与成就动机的相关性研究——以肇庆学院为例

采用PEI问卷和成就动机量表对243名大学生进行调查,综合探讨自信的各个维度与成就动机的相互影响,其结果表明：第一,大学生自信程度偏高,追求成功的动机比其避免失败的动机强;第二,男女大学生在体育运动上存在显著差异;第三,自信水平、外表、社会相互作用、心境、合成动机以及避免失败的动机在各年级有显著差异;第四,学业表现与追求成功以及避免失败成显著正相关,外表与追求成功以及避免失败成显著负相关,社会相互作用与合成动机成显著正相关。

A Study on the Effect of Correlation of College Students’ Self-confidence and Achievement Motivation

According to the results of 243 college students inquired by a questionnaire survey,which discussed the effect of self-confidence and achievement,the results showed that: (1)College students’ degree of self-confident is relatively high,college students’ motivation to succeed is stronger than their motivation to avoid failure.(2)There are significant differences in sports between male and female college students.(3)There are significant differences in level of self-confidence,appearance,social interactions,mood,motivation,as well as synthetic motive to avoid failure at different grades.(4)The source of academic performance showed positive correlation with the source of the pursuit of success and avoid failure,the source of appearance showed negative correlation with the source of the pursuit of success and avoid failure,and the source of synthesis of social interaction showed positive correlation with the source of motivation.
