| 摘 要： | 新常态作为我国经济社会发展阶段性特征，使高等教育呈现出内涵发展、质量提升、综合改革和依法治校等新常态。新常态背景下的高等教育质量应是全面化、多样化、过程化和特色化的教育质量。只有加强学习，主动实践，完善制度，才能落实好新常态下的高等教育质量观。

The Quality of Higher Education under the New Normal |

| Abstract: | Abstracts:The new normal,as a stage characteristic of China's economic and social development, enables higher education to present new features such as the connotation development,quality im-provement,comprehensive reform and governing the universities in accordance with the law.The quality of higher education in the context of the new normal should be comprehensive,diversified, process oriented and characteristic of educational quality.Only by strengthening the study,active practice and improving the system,we can implement the quality of higher education under the new normal. |
