试论延安基础教育发展的成效、问题及对策?

基础教育虽然取得了显著成效，但是仍存在诸如教育目的的功利性、应试教育的复辟性、校外校内教育的不衔接、教学行为上的形式主义等问题。未来的基础教育要着力于以下几方面：均衡发展仍然是基本主题、素质教育是根本出路、提升教师队伍素质和加大教育经费投入是基础保障、构建学校家庭社会教育“三位一体”实施体系是大教育场。

Achievements and Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of Basic Education in Yan’an

s:Basic education although achieved remarkable results. But there are still some problems such as the purpose of education utilitarianism and exam oriented education of the restora-tion,school education does not converge,teaching behavior of formalism.The author believes that the future education should be efforts to in the following several aspects,balanced development is still basic themes,quality education is fundamental way,improve teachers’quality and to increase the edu-cational investment is basic guarantee,building school,society and family education “Trinity”imple-mentation of the system is high education field.
