| 摘 要： | 大学英语教师科研素质极不乐观.大多数处于无时间读书、无专业、无科研的三无状态.大学英语教师要具备哲学、教育学、心理学扎实的基础,提高创新能力和良好的心理品质,拓宽培养大学英语教师素质的途径、方法.提高自己人文素养、克服科研的神秘感和畏难情绪,强化终身发展意识.
