| 摘 要： | 农民工的社会保障问题是城市化进程中的重要问题.介绍了城市化、农民工和社会保障的概念,然后从农民工社会保障项目的覆盖面、农民工的参保意识等方面分析了河北省农民工社会保障的现状,提出了降低农民工自身所承担的缴费率、建立农民工工会、保障项目凸显重点、逐步推进等政策性的建议.
