| 摘 要： | 农村二元金融结构的形成与国家金融制度的变革和农村金融体制的发展紧密相关,农村二元金融结构在不同历史时期表现不同,因此农村二元金融结构和农村金融抑制具有内在的相关性,而且二者都具有双重性,所以农村金融抑制也就相应地具有自己的特点。

| Abstract: | The formation of dualistic financial institution in rural area closely correlate to the change of national finance system and the development of finance system in rural area,in diverse historical period the representation of dualistic financial institution in rural area was different,so the dualistic financial institution and finance repressed in rural area are immanent pertinence,and dual character is their common ground,so finance repressed in rural area accordingly have being character of itself. |
