A Study on the Tourism Development Perception of Tourists, Residents and Tourism Practitioners in ZhangJiajie

Tourists, residents and tourism practitioners are the main participants of tourism development. Their perception of tourism development directly reflects the quality and trend of tourism development. The perception study of the tourists, residents and tourism practitioners in ZhangJiajie reveals that the satisfaction of domestic tourists is higher than overseas tourists, residents generally approve the tourism development and its impact, tourism practitioners are satisfied with the tourism development environment and its outlook. For the sustainable development of tourism in ZhangJiajie, they all think that the government and tourism related departments should formulate long-term layouts with ecological thoughts, such as making great efforts on the systems of resource protection, market regulation, marketing innovation, level of services and humanism environment, accelerating the construction of environmentally friendly tourism area and city.
