| 摘 要： | 企业社会工作是将社会工作专业服务延伸至企业领域的一种管理方式,其在中国企业中的可行发展模式有员工服务模式、顾客服务模式及社区社会责任模式等。企业社会工作的各种服务模式都有其自身的特点及适用的条件,如何根据企业的特点和企业员工的问题类型选择合适的介入模式是一项值得我们研究的问题。
