| 摘 要： | 当前,中国的区域经济发展存在着较大的差距,如何度量区域之间的差距并找出缩小区域差距的方法、促进区域的协调发展是当前关注的一个问题。本文采用DEA方法研究了在省级水平上的区域效率。研究结果表明,在全国的各个省(市、自治区)中,达到技术效率的只有北京、天津、河北、上海、山东、广东、陕西、甘肃、青海、宁夏。分析的结果也表明若要达到当前的产出,各个省市在投入方面还有较大的改进余地,这也为区域经济发展向资源节约方面迈进提供了一个定量的分析基础。

| Abstract: | In the currentness there is a great disparity in the regional economy development of China.How to evaluate and reduce the disparity is a focus of the research.In this paper,we analyze the regional efficiency in the scale of province based on DEA.The results show that only several provinces are technically efficient,such as Beijing, Tianjin,Hebei,Shanghai,Shandong,Guangdong,Shaanxi,Gansu,Qinghai and Ningxia.The results also show that there is a great potential in resources saving. |
