| 摘 要： | 威慑是达成两岸和平统一的有效手段,符合当今世界军事战略发展趋势和现代战争利益原则。从两岸综合实力对比,我军已具备了对台构成威慑的绝对优势。在实施威慑的过程中,只有遵循威慑在军事斗争准备中的基本原则,灵活运用谋略,才能达到威慑的预定目标。

| Abstract: | The deterrence strategy is a valid means that reaches the cross-straits peaceful reunification,matching the military strategy development trend and modern war benefits principles of the world nowadays.Contrast to the cross-straits comprehensive real strenght,our army has already had absolute advantage deterrence.In the process of carrying out deterrence,only following the basic principle of deterrence,and using the strategy flexibly,can attain the scheduled deterrence target. |
