| 摘 要： | 改革开放三十年来,我国坚持中国特色社会主义政治发展道路,大力发展社会主义民主,积极推进公民有序政治参与,使我国公民政治参与取得巨大进展:公民政治参与意识不断增强,主动性参与明显增多;基层民主快速发展,公民政治参与规模显著扩大;公民政治参与程度逐渐加深,获得了更多的选举、决策、管理、监督等权利;公民政治参与渠道日益增多;公民政治参与的规范化、制度化程度有所提高.
