| 摘 要： | 为充分发挥企业集团对资源统一调配的协同优势,特别是企业集团强调＂一业为主带动和辐射相关产业发展＂的产业价值链整合策略使物流网络化成为企业集团的物流策略首选。本文依据共同管理经济、总部经济、结构洞等理论分析企业集团网络化物流模式运作机理——共同经济和分工经济,揭示＂点状辐射＂、＂线状辐射＂、＂场簇辐射＂以及＂网状辐射＂等拓扑结构产生的动力机制在企业集团物流整合过程中的作用。
