战略采购对于供应商开发和采购绩效的影响实证研究

随着企业采购职能的不断演变,战略采购已经被越来越多的企业所采用。企业总体战略与采购战略的拟合,已成为企业提升采购绩效,获取竞争优势的重要因素。但是对于战略采购影响采购绩效的内在机理,学术界缺乏较为深入的研究。本文基于企业的关系视角,提出战略采购是企业实施供应商开发实务的前因,并能够在一定程度上提升企业的采购绩效,从而为其创造价值。通过结构方程模型,本文利用实证研究方法证明了提出的研究假设和理论模型。
