| 摘 要： | 本文回顾了环境伦理学中权利概念的两个起源,详细讨论了不同时期环境伦理学家们对此概念的争议,说明非人类自然拥有权利的观点存在着诸多问题;在此基础上,对环境伦理学家们所提出的五种对自然权利概念的替代进行了分析和评述。

| Abstract: | This paper recalls the origins of rights in environmental ethics and displays the various ideas on the notion applited to animals,natural things and the nature as a whole at different stages of the development of environmental ethics history.Based on the above discussion,the paper analyzes the improperness and problems of the application of rights in nonhuman nature.Finally,it recalls the five alternatives of rights that environmental ethicists put forward and analyzes its application to domestic animals,wild animals,species and natural system. |
