摘    要:目的探讨营养相关课程的设置对湛江师范学院在校生膳食营养及营养知识-态度-行为的影响.方法将学生分为已修营养课程及不修营养课程两组,采用调查表进行营养知识-态度-行为调查.结果被调查者均表现出乐于接受营养知识、关注自身营养的良好态度.已修营养课程组营养知识及营养态度得分显著高于不修营养课程学生(P〈0.05).结论营养课程的设置对湛江师范学院在校生的膳食营养及营养知识-态度-行为产生有益影响.有必要在学校开设营养相关课程.

Abstract:Objective This study was designed to investigate the effect of nutrition--course on nutritional knowledge--attitude--practice (KAP) of undergraduates in Zhanjiang Normal University. Methods The objects were divided into two groups according to whether they had the nutritional courses. A survey of nutritional KAP was carried out using a questionnaire. Results In the group who had the nutritional courses, the mean score of knowledge and attitude was obviously better than the group who didn't ( p 〈0.05). Besides that, all students were eager to care about nutritional knowledge and their nutritional status. Conclusion The settings of nutritional courses in Zhanjiang Normal University can improve the nutritional KAP upon undergraduates. It is necessary to set up the nutritional courses.
