浅谈高校学科建设的几个问题

学科既是一个学术范畴 ,也是一个历史范畴。学科是生产力发展的产物 ,是科学技术发展的结果。学科的发展趋势是拓宽学科口径 ,实现学科交叉融合。学科建设是高校各项工作的龙头 ;学科水平决定一所大学的水平 ;学科建设是学校发展目标定位的标准 ;只有高水平的学科 ,才能聚集、培养、高水平的人才。加强学科建设领导重视是关键 ;要确定好学科建设的级别及方向 ;要抓好学科建设的人才、经费、信息、基地、课题立项、课程建设诸要素 ;坚持贯彻学科建设的“十字”方针 ;建立科学管理机制。

Several Issues on Subject Construction in Colleges and Universities

The subject is ont only an academic category but also a historical category,and is the product of the development of the productive force and the result of the development of science and technology. The developing tendency of subject is the way of broadening the subject and realising the intersect and integration of subjects. The subject construction is the major point of various works in universities;the level of universities is determined by the level of subject; the subject construction is the standare in fixing the developing goals of universities;it can attract and cultivate high quality people only with high level subject. The concerns of the leaders is the key for strengthening the subject construction;establish the rank and direction of the subject construction;handle the elements in the subject contruction such as qualified personnel,funds,information,base ,the task establishment,the course construction;insist on carrying out "ten words"policy in the subject construction;set up the scientific management system.
