| 摘 要： | 埋弧自动焊烧结焊剂的熔化特性对焊接工艺性能有重要影响。利用均匀设计安排试验基本配方，通过对烧结焊剂熔化特性和焊接工艺性能试验确定试验配方；然后采用单因素轮换法对主要组分的熔化特性进行了测试．总结了它们对熔化特性的影响规律，对合理设计烧结焊剂的配方有重要的参考价值。
