论按劳分配与人的价值的实现

伴随着经济全球化发展和信息时代的到来以及我国在经济全球化过程中的发展变化 ,人们对以往所追求的按劳分配理论产生了许多新的认识 ,并由最初的按劳动量分配转为按劳动力价值分配 ,最终提出了按劳动力产权分配的理论 ,反映了人们在实现人的价值过程中的一系列变化。文章试从我们国家对按劳分配概念解释不断变化的角度来剖析人的价值的实现过程 ,揭示出二者是一个历史的辩证统一过程。
