| Abstract: | There are more than forty Daoist fairy stories in the book of San Yan written by Feng Meng Long who was born in a Confucian family. These stories not only expressed his rational concern with reality, but also reflected his misfortune in official career, and his emotion as a famous intellectual keeping distance from Confucianism. |
