论我国航天员的健康权保护

航天员,又叫宇航员,在载人航天中发挥着无可替代的作用。由于其工作性质的特殊性,我国航天员的健康权保护急需加强。我国不仅缺乏航天员健康权保护的专项立法,而且长期以生理健康为主心理健康为辅。随着载人航天的迅速发展,我国不仅要在失重防护、保证太空行走安全以及女航天员的特殊措施等方面加强航天员生理健康的保障,而且要建立针对航天员的专项保险体系,解决航天员的后顾之忧。同时要着重加强航天员心理健康保护,以保障航天任务安全可靠。在依法治国的今天,更需要完善航天立法以加强对航天员这一特殊群体的健康权的法律保护。

On the Protection of the Health Right of the Astronauts in China

The astronaut plays an irreplaceable role in manned space. Because of the special nature of its work, protection of the health right of the astronauts needs to be reinforced. China not only lacks the legislation of the protection of astronauts＇ health right, but also pays more attention to the physical health of the astronauts than their psychological health. With the rapid development of manned space flight, we should not only strengthen the protection of astronauts physical health in weightlessness protection, ensure security of walking in space and female astronauts＇ special measures, but also buitd the special insurance system for the astronauts to overcome the worries of the aerospace members. And protection of mental health of astronauts should be strengthened so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the space mission. Today when the country is governed by law, we need especially improve aerospace legislation to strengthen the legal protection.
