| 摘 要： | 研究生教育肩负着为社会发展培养高素质、高层次创造性人才的重任，是增强综合国力和国际竞争力的重要支撑力量，其地位和作用不断提高和扩大。研究生人才的培养是一项系统工程，高等学校通过改革课程教学、转变教学观念、改革教学方法、提高教师科研业务水平等途径，落实研究型人才的培养目标，从而培养研究生的创新精神，促进其综合素质的完善。
