| 摘 要： | 稳定高校教师队伍必须重视满足教师的精神需要。本文在分析高校教师精神需要的表现的基础上,提出尊重教师的创造、发扬校内民主、完善评价机制、改善工作作风等满足教师的精神需要的措施来稳定高校教师队伍。

| Abstract: | In colleges and universities, to stabilize teachers ranks, their spiritual needs must be met. On the basis of analyzing the expressions of teachers' spiritual needs, the article put forward that some measures, such as respecting teachers' creation, encouraging democracy, perfecting evaluation system and improving working style, should be taken to meet their needs and to stabilize the teachers ranks. |
