| Abstract: | The stabilization and prosperity is the outcome of the complex balance in Southeast Asia.In this regional situation,the ASEAN's equilibrium strategy among big countries produces a significant effect on the peripheral security of China.Therefore,Southeast Asia becomes the first consideration of China's diplomacy in new century. |
