公民与国家和谐关系构建的中国意蕴

当代中国正处于社会转型时期,各种新问题和新矛盾不断出现,其中一个较突出的方面,就是在公民与国家的关系中出现了许多不和谐的因素,这既给我们带来了挑战,也给我们带来了机遇。我们应抓住这个机遇,立足于我国当前工业化的生产力,立足于我国的社会主义市场经济,立足于由这生产力和经济基础所带来的人们思想上的相应变化,继承和发扬我国“重民”、“爱国”等优秀文化传统,吸收国外法治文化的精华,不断地改革公民与国家关系中同现代社会发展方向相悖的不和谐因素,不断地在当代中国人的心目中树立起权利与义务关系明确且和谐的现代公民与国家意识,不断地致力于公民与国家和谐关系的构建,从而不断地推动我国的社会主义和谐社会建设向前发展。

The Meaning of Establishing Harmonious Relation between Citizen and State in China

Many new problems appear constantly in China during the present period that the structure of Chinese society is transforming,and the noticeable one of these problems is that there are many conflicting factors between citizen and state,which brings us both challenge and chance.We should seize the chance to base harmonious relation between citizen and state under the industrial productive forces,socialism market economy and the idea of deed.We should reform the conflicting factors between citizen and state,establish modern idea about citizen and state whose relations are clear and harmonious,establish harmonious relation between citizen and state constantly in China,by carrying forward the good traditions of Chinese culture and imbibing excellent foreign culture.If we doing so,we can accelerate the development of establishing harmony society in China.
