| Abstract: | In view of special influence of the Soviet Union upon Xinjiang and its isolating geographical factors, the KMT regime had to adopt different policy from the rest of China towards the Soviet Union, namely: making a compromise, deterring the activities of the Soviet Union in Xinjiang with British and U.S forces and allowing Xinjiang regime to implement good-neighborly relation with the country. |
