经济问题是新中国内政外交的重要构成.为此,建国前夕,中国共产党人在深刻认识经济问题极端重要性的基础上,以所有制结构的五种经济成分、经济建设的基本政策,以及经济建设的发展方向为框架,设计了新中国的经济蓝图.为建国之际生产关系的变革和推动建国初期社会经济的发展起了重要的指导作用.

On the Designing of New Chin's Economic Blueprint

The economic construction is essential for China's internal and foreign policies. On the eve of the setting up of the People's Republic of China, the Communist Party of China deeply realized the importance of the matter and designed the economic blueprint for new China which was based on the five forms of ownership, the major economic policies and the orientation of the economic development. This blueprint provided a very important guidance for the reforms of the productive relations and the economic development in new China during the period of its founding.
