| 摘 要： | 构建和谐社会是党中央提出的重大战略举措。高校作为人才培养的重要阵地,在构建和谐社会的进程中起着举足轻重的作用。高校在构建和谐社会中的功能和作用主要体现在四个方面:高校是和谐社会构建的文化辐射中心;是和谐社会构建的人才培养和输送中心;是和谐社会构建的科技创新中心;是和谐社会构建的理论供给与支持中心。

| Abstract: | The construction of harmonious soicety is an important strategic measure put forward by the Central committee of the Communist Party of Chian.The institutions of higher learning,as an important place training talents,play a pivatal role in the process of building up harmonious society.Their function and roles are mainly embodied in the following four aspects:the radiating culeural centre,the centre of training and transporting talents,the centre of scientific and technical innovation and the centre of supplying and supporting theories. |
