| 摘 要： | 区域内各地只有联动发展,积极促进"行政区经济"向"经济区经济"转变,实现区域经济一体化,才能形成区域内规模经济和整体优势,从而奠定区域协调发展的基础。在当前行政体制稳定的情况下,受限于法的滞后性,谋求广西北部湾经济区区域内各个领域实现法制统一不太现实,法制建设创新也就成为区域经济一体化最重要的路径之一。 |

| Abstract: | The linkage development among different areas in a region can actively promote the shift from a "government-led economy" to a "market-led economy" and the integration of regional economy.Only through linkage development can scale economies and overall advantages be formed in a region so as to provide good foundation for harmonious regional development.Under the current stable administrative system,due to the hysteresis of legal system,it is unrealistic to achieve the legal uniformity across different sectors in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.Therefore,legal innovation becomes a very important path to achieve regional economical integration. |
