New industrialization strategy choice in Northeastern old industrial bases

In the sixteenth National People's Congress,the Party put forward definitely that we must develop our economy along the road of new-type industriation in the future.The article studies the basic features of the industrialization development path in the northeastern area.On the basis of summarizing the historical experience and following the common rule for new-type indutrialization of developing countries,the article discusses the concrete means,strategic measures and guaranteeing system for realizing the new-type industrialization of northeastern old industrial bases,thus providing macroscopic,strategic and regional scientific basis for speeding up the vigorous development of the old industrial bases in the northeast of China.
