| 摘 要： | 市场经济条件下,国家通过单位控制社会成员的格局趋于瓦解,而与单位相对应的社区也未能很好的承接对社会成员的控制功能.扭转这一局面,引入民间力量,加强社区的社会控制,以弥补单位制解体以后对社会成员控制的不足,成为当务之急.

| Abstract: | In the condition of market econmy,the structure of country controlling the social member through unit system is tend to collapse.In the meantime,community does not undertake this function.To turn back this structure,introducing the popular power,we should strengthen the social control in the community,to make up a loss of social control after the collapse of unit system. |
