黄果茄生物碱的初步研究

摘    要:报道了黄果茄不同器官生物碱含量的差异,不同浸提剂及酸碱处理对生物减收率的影响,生物碱的薄层层析。结果表明,黄果茄果实中生物碱含量最高,达5.96%;以乙醇浸提、HCl-NaOH处理生物碱的收率最高;总生物碱包含七种不同的组分。

Abstract:This article reported the alkaloidal contents in different organs of Solanum Xanthocarpum Schrad et wendl and the change of alkaloidal productivity under different organic solvents and alki-acid treatments. The result showed that fruits had more alkaloids than other organs in Solanum Xanthocarpum Sohrad et wendl, the alkaloidal productivity is the highest when the material is treated with ethol and 3%HCl NaOH. We also carried out TLC of alkaloids and observed seven different spots on thin layer.
