| 摘 要： | 高校后勤文化建设是高校文化建设的重要组成部分,它对高校的发展有着重要的意义,高校后勤文化建设包括:高校后勤产业文化建设;高校后勤职工文化建设;高校后勤环境文化建设等几个方面。在后勤文化建设的过程中,要寓建设于理论研究之中,寓建设于后勤服务之中,寓建设于规划管理之中,寓建设于有形无形之中。
