| 摘 要： | 公共人力资源管理是政策顺利执行的基本要素之一,因此在政策执行中形成有效的公共人力资源管理有重要的意义。目前,政策执行中公共人力资源管理由于种种原因仍有不足之处,因此有必要通过创新理念、丰富内容、改进方法和建立新模式来形成有效的公共人力资源管理,以促进政策顺利执行。

| Abstract: | The management of public human resource is one of the basic factors in the policy implementation,so it is important to build the reasonable system of public human resource management in the process of policy implementation.Nowadays,there are some defects in the management of public human resource.So for the sake of implementing the policy successfully,it is necessary to build the reasonablesystem of public human resource management through innovating ideas,enrichingmanagement contents,improving methods and construcing new mold. |
