| Abstract: | Having analysed the phenomena of "other link" in web site and discussed some legal issues about the things, like muti logo, the recessive transfer of knowledge value, related responsibility, zone effect of law, micro advertisement, and the property variation of web site linking, this paper puts forward corresponding proposals. |
