Cooperative Development of Economy in the Eastern and Western Cities of China

One important initiative in exploiting West China that the economic development of the Middle Western cities is cooperated with that of the open coastal cities in the east. The cooperation between different regional cities must be enhanced and the cities should be regard as the centers for politics, economy and culture to influence and promote the economic development in different areas in the great exploitation of West China.
