| 摘 要： | 扩大内需,支持经济增长是中国现阶段宏观经济政策的主要取向,而消费和投资作为促进经济增长的双引擎在不同时期肩负着不同的任务.在物质产品极大丰富的今天,消费对于促进经济增长起着非常重要的作用.对发展农村消费信贷的意义、农村消费信贷发展的制约因素及发展农村消费信贷的策略构想进行了论述.

| Abstract: | It is the main means of the current macroeconomic policy of China to expand domestic demands to sustain the increase of economy while consumption and investment, as double engine of economy, functions differently at different stages. Today, when material products have got greatly enriched, consumption is playing a very important role in furthering economic increase. This article discusses the significance of developing country credits for consumption, the restrictive factors hindering the development of country consumption credits and some tactical concepts on how to develop country credits for consumption. |
