| 摘 要： | 科学文化和人文文化本身作为人类文化不可分割的组成部分，本身不存在天然的鸿沟或界限，二者的真诚对话与融合已是一个不争的事实。科学精神的内涵是求真、务实、创新、开放和批判，人文精神的内涵是以人为本，二者具有统一性。本文在此观点的基础上指出，21世纪的中国科技社会正开启全面的转型，基于两种文化的融合或会通的基础上，科学精神的构建更应得到加强。

| Abstract: | There is no denying the fact that scientific culture begins to contact and merge with humanistic culture. Many scholars agree accordingly to develop scientific culture under the guidance of humanistic culture. Based on this viewpoint, the paper points out that the scientific society of China is starting its all-around transition and that scientific spirit should be advocated. |
