提高农村基层党组织影响力，构建和谐社会主义新农村

农村基层党组织的影响力是党的整体影响力的重要组成部分。其影响力强弱,直接关系党在农村的执政基础和执政地位。党的十一届三中全会以来,伴随农村经济、政治体制改革的不断深化和发展,农村基层党组织的影响力在一些地方出现了弱化的趋势。建设社会主义新农村,构建社会主义和谐社会,巩固党在农村的领导核心地位,必须不断地提高农村基层党组织的影响力。

As an important part of the Party,the rural Party organizations at the grass-roots level with the great influential power are closely associated with the position of the ruling Party in the rural areas.With the development of political and economical reforms,the rural organizations at the basic level in some places become less powerful and influential.Constructing new and harmonious socialist rural areas and intensifying the leading position of the Party in rural areas must be predicated on the promotion of the influential power of the Party organizations in the rural areas.
