| Abstract: | The socialism harmonious society's construction is a complex engineering.It requests the government to locate the work function in the economical adjustment,market supervising and managing,and the social management and the public service.Meanwhile,the work center is gradually massing to the co-ordinated development of economic society and the harmonious development between human and nature.Only further transforms the government function,takes the practical effective measure,it has the possibility to construct the harmonious society. |
