农民专业合作社的社员认同与内部人控制研究——基于博弈论视角的分析

社员对合作社的认同度低和管理者对合作社实行“内部人控制”是影响农民专业合作社效率的两个方面。合作社应该根据同类竞争企业的位置而对自己的最优位置进行相机抉择，并尽可能使社员的地理位置相对集中，这样才有利于提升社员的认同感。另一方面，只有通过减少社员监督成本和增加管理者目标偏离成本才能弱化管理者对合作社的“内部人控制”。

Membership Identity and Insiders Control in Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives:Analysis from the Perspective of Game Theory

The members’ low degree of identity and the managers’ “insiders control” are the two factors affecting the efficiency of farmer cooperatives.On the one hand,the cooperatives should select their optimal position according to the positions of competing enterprises,and centralize members’ location so as to increase the their identity.On the other hand,only by reducing the members’ supervisory costs and increasing the managers’ deviating costs can the managers’“insiders control” over the cooperatives be weakened.
