国家经济安全研究的方法论问题

对国家经济安全问题的研究,应该遵循多层次、多角度的原则。研究国家经济安全问题可以从三个角度进行:一是大系统推断法,即站在国家安全的角度推断国家经济安全;二是本系统分析法,即研究经济安全能力与条件的组合;三是子系统综合法,即从母子系统的关系来考察国家经济安全,根据空间和时间两个维度,可进一步分为基于国别、基于领域或产业、基于区域或主要省区和基于时间的分析。对国家经济安全的研究应该在准确把握概念的基础上,运用多种方法、多向维度、多个角度,并且注重法制建设、动态调整,如此才有助于研究的深入。
