A search on Su Dong-po's feelings and mental resilience during his stay in Huizhou

This paper makes an analysis on Su Dong-po＇s three difficulties during his stay in Huizhou, where he experienced one more crisis in his life. With his super mental resilience however, the broad-minded Su overcame his sad lonely and desperate feelings thanks to ： （ 1 ） His active attitude in his value orientation, which was based on the combination of Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism ; （2） Broad-minded personality ; （3） social support to him was also an important factor; （4） his supper mental adjustment ability, which was decisive.
