| 摘 要： | 大学生就业形势日趋严峻,就业问题已成为社会各方面关注的焦点,大学生能否顺利就业关系到毕业生切身利益、关系到高等教育的发展和科教兴国战略的实施、关系到国家经济建设以及和谐社会的构建。因此,有必要对当前大学生就业中存在的问题进行深入分析,并提出可行性较强的对策。
