| Abstract: | Combining with the actual situation of Taiwan investment in Liaoning and the mainland, the paper studied the impact of direct cross-strait by air and sea on the Taiwan investment in Liaoning, the related legal system as well as the urgent need for a sound legal system for the Taiwan investment in Liaoning. |
