| 摘 要： | 广东已经确立了经济强省、文化大省的建设目标。当前,在社会和政府两个层面确立广东生态大省目标,实践广东生态大省建设,树立起对后代、对未来负责任的社会和政府形象,对广东构建和谐社会、实施可持续发展战略具有现实意义和深远影响。

| Abstract: | Ecologically balanced environment is the coupling of coordinated population growth and monitored resource, and the environment development. Having established the goal of a strong financial, unique cultural province, Guangdong needs to build itself as an ecologically balanced province as well. This needs to be realized and put in action from both the government and grass-root levels. To reach such a goal, it will not only be meaningful and influential for Guangdong to keep its sustainable development, but also it will set a good example for future generations . |
