流动人口定居意愿影响因素分析

利用南开大学"2013年流动人口管理和服务对策研究问卷调查"数据对流动人口定居意愿进行实证研究,发现信用卡消费、住房产权、居住质量、流动类型、流入时间、对城市生活水平的满意度、流入地亲人数、朋友中的本地人数量等具有生活适应性和社会融入度的指标对流动人口定居意愿具有显著影响。同时,性别、年龄、受教育程度等通过影响流动人口社会参与等也对其定居意愿具有显著影响。但是,户籍、婚姻、就业类型、家庭人均月收入、住房公积金等代表社会分层和经济状况的指标影响却不显著。说明在与购房成本等存在较大差距的情况下,影响流动人口经济状况的指标对流动人口的生活适应和社会融入影响不大,因而,对流动人口定居意愿的影响也不显著。因此,改善流动人口居住状况比提高流动人口收入等对于促进流动人口社会融入、定居城市更加行之有效。

An Analysis of Influencing Factors of Settling Willingness of Floating Population

Based on 2013 Floating Population Administration and Service Countermeasure Survey by Nankai University, the paper does an empirical research on the settling willingness of floating popula-tion. It is found that the following factors have positive influence on settling willingness: credit card consumption, property right, living quality, floating type, floating time, satisfaction towards city life, relatives in the city, friends in the city. Household register, marriage, employment, average wage, and housing fund, which indicate social class and economic status, have less positive influence. It shows that the index that influencing economic status do not affect the living accommodation and inte-gration of floating population under the circumstance of high cost of housing. Therefore, it is a more ef-fective measure to promote living adaption and settlement that we should improve living condition and promote integration rather than increase the income of floating population.
