| Abstract: | YUAN Shikai devoted himself to the development of agriculture of our country in late Qing Dynasty and early Minguo and this was embodied mainly in his advocating agriculture,launching agriculture organization;establishing agricultural schools,protecting agriculture,promulgating government decree,and etc.And the modernization of agriculture of our country in late Qing Dynasty and early Minguo has some relations to the efforts taken by government officials represented by YUAN Shikai. |
