唐代采诗制度及其与元白新乐府创作的关系

摘    要:唐代存在太常卿采诗和风俗使采诗两种形式的采诗活动,盛唐和中晚唐可能也存在太常卿采诗制度,唐无采诗之说不确。元白创作新乐府,其直接背景即是初唐既已存在的采诗制度,白居易希望在中唐恢复采诗制度,以使其新乐府在流传到民间后为朝廷所采集,从而起到讽谏的作用。但元白新乐府最终未曾入乐。

Abstract:There were two types of poem collection activities in the Tang Dynasty: the poem collection by the Taichang Minister, and that by the custom envoy. The system of the poem collection by the Taichang Minister might also be available in the prosperous and the mid-term periods in the Tang Dynasty. So it is not accurate to say that there was no poem collection in the Tang Dynasty. Yuan Zhen and Bai Ju-yi created the new conservatory, whose predecessor is the poem collection system beginning in the early Tang Dynasty. Bai Ju-yi expected that the poem collection system should be restored in the middle period of the Tang Dynasty, so that his new musical works might became popular among the people, and finally would be collected by the court. These poems would play the role of remonstrating with the rulers by clever analogy. The new conservatory created by Yuan Zhen and Bai Ju-yi was not covered in the musical pieces.
