| 摘 要： | 社会企业产生于19世纪40年代的英国。社会企业的兴起是一种全球现象,也是历史发展的必然趋势。社会企业兴起的理论解释包括政府和市场失灵理论、资源依赖理论、制度理论、社会起源理论。社会企业在世界各地的兴起有着不同的主导因素,包括公民社会、商业创新、社会问题、政府推动和治理失败。我国社会企业的兴起受到非营利组织资金压力、政府政策扶持、商业精英进入社会创业领域、外国经验等因素的影响。

| Abstract: | Social enterprises were born in Britain in the 1840s.The rise of social enterprise is a global phenomenon and also the inevitable trend of historical development.The theoretical explanations of social enterprises include state and market failure theory,resource dependence theory,institutional theory and social origins theory.The rise of social enterprises in the world has different driving factors,including civil society,business innovation,social issues,and governance failure.The rise of Chinese social enterprises is influenced by nonprofit organization financial pressure,government policy support,business elite entering social entrepreneurship,and foreign experience. |
